Waby Cleans LLC Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By hiring Waby Cleans LLC cleaning services, you acknowledge and agree to all terms and conditions set forth in this agreement.

2. Services Provided

We provide high-quality residential and commercial cleaning services within the San Diego area. Service scope, pricing, and scheduling will be confirmed in writing prior to each appointment. Restrictions may apply.

3. Scheduling and Cancellation

Appointments must be scheduled in advance.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled time will result in an $80 late cancellation fee.

We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel services in case of emergencies, unsafe conditions, or circumstances beyond our control.

4. Access to Property

The Client must provide safe and timely access to the property (keys, access codes, or instructions as needed).

Delays or inability to access the property may result in additional charges or rescheduling.

5. Prices and Payments

Pricing is based on the size and condition of the property and will be confirmed prior to service.

Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Accepted payment methods: Cash, Zelle, and Venmo.

Late or failed payments may incur additional fees.

6. Liability Limitations

Waby Cleans LLC exercises care but is not responsible for:

Pre-existing damages, normal wear and tear, or improperly secured items.

Breakage of fragile items. If something is damaged during service, we will notify you with photos, but such items will not be repaired or replaced.

Allergic reactions or sensitivities to cleaning products, whether supplied by us or by the Client.

Valuables should be safely stored by the Client prior to service.

7. Hold Harmless & Indemnification

The Client agrees to hold harmless, defend, and indemnify Waby Cleans LLC and its staff from and against any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of or related to the cleaning services, except in cases of gross negligence or intentional misconduct by Waby Cleans LLC.

8. Customer Satisfaction

If you are not satisfied with our service, you must notify us within 24 hours of the cleaning. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve the concern.

9. Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy. Any personal data collected is used solely to administer cleaning services and improve the customer experience. We do not sell or share your information with third parties, except as required by law.

10. Safety and COVID-19 Protocols

We follow strict cleaning and disinfection protocols for the safety of both staff and clients. Clients must notify us of any confirmed or suspected contagious illnesses (including COVID-19) in their household before service.

11. Insurance and Licensing

Waby Cleans LLC is fully licensed and insured in the State of California. Our staff are trained and authorized to perform residential and commercial cleaning services.

12. Communication and Feedback

We encourage open communication. Clients may contact us with any questions, special requests, or feedback at any time.

13. Conflict Resolution

We aim to resolve disputes fairly and transparently. In the event of a disagreement that cannot be resolved through direct communication, both parties agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of San Diego County, California.

14. Applicable Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.


15. Before-and-After Photos for Booking Records

Waby Cleans LLC may take before-and-after photos of the areas serviced. These photos are used exclusively for internal booking records, quality control, and verification of services provided. Photos will not be shared publicly or used for marketing purposes.
