Waby Cleans LLC is committed to providing high-quality cleaning services for residences and businesses in the San Diego area. Restrictions apply, if you do not choose to continue providing the services you will be notified with prior notice.

3. Scheduling and Cancellation

Clients can schedule cleaning services in advance. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled time. A late or unannounced cancellation fee of $80 will apply.

4. Access to Property

Clients must provide safe access to the property so that Waby Cleans LLC cleaning staff can perform their jobs effectively. If a key, access card or security code is required, the customer must provide them.

5. Prices and Payments

Prices for cleaning services will be determined based on the size and specific needs of the property. An accurate quote will be provided prior to confirming the booking. Payments are due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in advance.

6. Responsibility

Waby Cleans LLC is committed to performing cleaning services with the utmost care and professionalism. However, we are not responsible for damage caused by fragile objects, pre-existing damage or negligence of the client in providing instructions or access to the property.

7. Customer Satisfaction

Customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with our service, please contact us within 24 hours of cleaning and we will do our best to rectify any situation.

8. Modifications to the Terms

Waby Cleans LLC reserves the right to modify these terms of service at any time. Customers will be notified of any significant changes.
